We have just spent 4 days with Raju who owns Hemkund travel. I can honestly say it's been a pleasure to have him as our driver and friend, he has looked after me and my wife throughout our journey, always punctual and a always greeting us with a smile and friendly handshake. We visited India during the cash crises, Raju found us an ATM, somehow managed to gets to the front on the que and get much needed cash all without getting linched!!
We wish we had known about him earlier so we could have booked with him from the beginning of our journey and saved about 30% on what we paid to a travel agent. 
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone Reliable, easy to get with, all round pleasant chap and a good safe driver .

My first india tour with Mr Raju,very friendly and helpful person. Trip started from delhi to haridwar ending jaipur and back to delhi..we've been to vanarasi, agra,amritsar,jaipur. We were 8 couples with 6 kids total of 22 people. We booked bus through Hemkund travels for 5 days for nainital & Jim Corbett from Delhi. The service was excellent and Mr. Arvinder of Hemkund travels was always in touch during our journey. He was always inquiring about journey. The driver Mr. Pandit was also nice and always helpful.

I would definitely recommend Arvinder Singh to all my friends and family as the level of service and and interactions between explaining and accommodating was tremendous. He Is Friendly and Honest by Nature.
The tour itself was breath taking to say the least with ample amount of times between sights we were able to enjoy in the most relaxing comfortable environment this was my first trip and believe me when I say this will be one of many for me as I am planning another trip based on how positive this trip.

Raju was our driver in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. He took great care of us and very punctual! He was very patient and courteous and gave us lots of great information along the way. Raju went above and beyond - brought cold water for us on long drives, even had a mobile wifi stick so we could use the Internet in the car. We would highly recommend him if you are traveling to India!!!

Raju bhai (arvindersingh) is a "Excellent person with best skill.A dedicated person to his profession. His passion to keep his travellers content with his service should be acknowledged. We highly recommend raju bhai to accompany with you people to wander around delhi agra jaipur mumbai whatever place you wish such a good driver. Very careful and very good in driving between those worst traffic which drives everyone crazy he was too calm and cool between the traffic and he has a wide information about every shops hotels in all the places even local things you need to buy from each places. Such a funny guy as well. We will highly recommend raju bhai for sightseeing and tour plan.

There were 4 of us who travelled - my parents, my wife and myself. We landed in Jaipur India and Arvind Kumar aka Raju was there to pick us up and patiently waited for us for more than 2 hours while we were sorting things out with immigration and customs. 
He then made a tour plan which included sightseeing and shopping plan after we informed him the places we wanted to visit in Jaipur, Agra, Delhi, Goa and Mumbai. We travelled extensively mostly northern part of India and crossed 8 states of India. Raju provided us with useful information while travelling and pointed out to us major places. He also advised which people we need to be careful of and what we shouldn't do or give. Provided good tour guides as well.
While we were travelling he provided good old music at the request of my father and he enjoyed it very much. Also provided us with a local sim card and his van had 4g wifi which we could during our travels.

The trip was awesome and fantastic....and we  loved the guidance and friendly behaviour of the driver and we want to visit Delhi Agra Jaipur and will have a whole tour of Rajasthan again.
